Now our review...

We were introduced to Nectar Sunglasses thanks to our Cairn subscription box. Quite a few months ago, our box of fun arrived and had a fancy pair of sunglasses in it. They were quickly claimed by Kim and she has enjoyed wearing them for the past few months. After my cheap supermarket sunglasses bit the dust (rather, got bit by a dog, ouch) on a trip, I came home ready to get some new sunglasses. Kim recommended Nectar because she has enjoyed her pair.

I jumped on their website and started browsing - and quickly had about eight pairs in my cart. I started to poke around their site a little more, and read a little more about the company and product. The website says their sunglasses are made for "freethinkers and free risk takers". They promote pushing the limits, being an individual, doing epic sh*t, and saving bees. Pretty cool, huh?

More about that bee thing... they support a cool program that works to save bees. For every pair of glasses they sell, they say 33 bees have been saved. If you want to know more about why saving the bees is important, just check out their website.

They have an amazing warranty and return policy too - basically, they promise you like your glasses or they will take them back. That makes buying glasses online a little less scary. They take it further - if your glasses break in the first 30 days, they replace them. After that, it's a nominal fee ($10 non-polarized, $15 polarized) and they replace them if they break. This is 100% satisfaction promised, plus an excellent "after you own them for awhile" layer of coverage.

As far as the products go, they make lightweight, yet durable shades. We have a few pairs now, and they've been great for protecting our eyes, but also for looking cool. [insert emoji wearing shades]. They are very comfortable - not like those cheap, stiff, similar looking shades. The price point cannot be beat - between $20-40 for most shades, in a variety of colors and styles.

We have somehow acquired a few pair of their Wayfarer style, but no others. We'll have to change that soon because Apollo and Baltic Aviators are calling out to us. For now, we have Bombay (thanks Cairn Box), Durban, Domke and Coltic. More to come...

Every pair ships with a micro-fiber bag for storage and a sticker for "sticking to any surface".

We liked these sunglasses so much, we became Nectar brand ambassadors. If you take a look and decide to try a pair for yourself, please let us know which style you choose! We'd love to see what you pick! Be sure to take advantage of our promo code and get 15% off of you order! Promo: NectarWanders
